(Homeless, Hungry, Naked, Battered, Addicted, AIDS, Financially Strapped…But
for the Grace of God, Go I)
On our annual Bethel House Day, to help further the work of the Kingdom
of God we are asking 100 or more women to wear white and 100 or more men
to wear black or dark attire, and to make a tax deductible contribution
of $100.00 to be paid on Bethel House Day, Sunday, May 18, 2008.
It is a small amount to give when we think of all of the many blessings
that we have. Bethel House provides many benevolent services not only
to members of our church, but also to the greater Prince George’s County
community.
Bethel House’ efforts with the homeless, comforting and guiding victims
of domestic violence, providing training opportunities for job
readiness, and providing emergency financial assistance are but a few
reasons why we need your support for this great organization.
…Verily I say unto you, in as much as ye have done it unto one of the
least of these my brethren,
ye have done it unto me.
Matt: 25:40
May God richly bless you for
your continued support of Bethel House! |
