INTERCESSORY PRAYER MINISTRY - For the month of October our prayers will be for: Administrative Staff, Campaign of Grace and Glory, Bible Studies, Church School, First Family, Veteran Day Program, Church Anniversary,  Usher’s Anniversary, Pre-Thanksgiving Service & Church Wide Prayer. We invite all outreach organizations, ministries and members to come out each Tuesday at IGC, 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in Brandywine to lift up these  prayer requests.  Thank you and God bless you.

ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS – Audrey E. Walls Scholarship is sponsoring a FREE College Fair on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Stephen Decatur Middle School, 8200 Pinewood Drive, Clinton, MD 20735, from 10:00am to 1:00pm.  Parents please bring your children out.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD  -  Sponsor a box or boxes for $7.  The postage for each box is $7 and we would like to fill and send 100 boxes this year.  Fillers for boxes include hygiene items, socks, underwear, small toys, hard candy, paper, pencils, crayons, pencil sharpeners for children ages 2-14.  These items must fit into a shoe box. ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 19TH, THERE IS A SHARE, Outreach Meeting at 8:00am.  Later that day, there will be a pot luck dinner and box stuffing fellowship around 4pm at the Vision Center which is the brick house next to the church.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17- SHARE Distribution and Christmas Fellowship for Seniors of UB and Children in need and their families.  This year the fellowship is being held in Brandywine and we need as much help as possible.  There will be an opening service in the Sanctuary and afterward a meal prepared especially for the Seniors in the Fellowship Hall; the Children will be served in the Lower Chapel of Bethel House.  The seniors will be served and treated like the royalty they are, while our young guests, will enjoy a meal especially prepared for them while receiving toys and gifts.  We need help with everything from decorating to being "elves".  Please, please, please contact Sis. Nyanda Dutch-Malik or better yet come to the next meeting Saturday, November 19th, 8:00am.  Love you all, God Bless you and those you love.
