About
Bethel Expression is the Drama Ministry. Drama is an art and can be a form of worship. Jesus often used the art of storytelling to illustrate His messages. If you love performing arts in any capacity, you can find a home serving with this ministry. Your involvement will include developing concepts into thought-provoking dramatic presentations through creative writing, or transforming visual ideas into props, backdrops, costumes and make-up.
Mission
To create and further develop both live and screen illustrations of sermon points, biblical concepts and spiritual revelations in order to help believers make the correlation between God’s Word and their daily walk.
Vision
To be an arm of ministry that dispels myths related to difficulty in understanding the Bible and, instead, assist in creative yet accurate interpretation of the Bible for easier understanding and application to current times, experiences and circumstances.
Ministry Requirements
Be willing to attend meetings and rehearsals, have a spirit of teamwork, show interest in creative expression with a willingness to train, practice, offer ideas and serve at a variety of worship services. Prior experience with acting as well as in the support areas is a plus but NOT required (writers, wardrobe, make-up, props, stage crew, etc.).
